Categories
Your entry will be judged by a panel of casino experts with long experience of the sector. However, they will be judging you purely on the quality of your submission and using the following guidelines:
- Does your entry fit the category criteria?
- In a maximum of 250 words, what have you done and why should you win the category? The judges will be looking for a convincing argument!
- In a (separate) maximum of 250 words, what were the results: what evidence can you produce that supports your entry? Hard data from a credible third party preferred!
- You may append supporting documents or website links, but less is more.
- Only two entries per company per category will be accepted.

Gaming product
Awarded to any table gaming product (excluding electronic table games)
licensed to operate in a European casino of any size.
Best Electronic
Table Gaming Product
Awarded to any electronic table game
licensed to operate in a European casino of any size.
Best CMS/Software product
Open to any CMS and/or software product licensed to
operate in a European casino of any size.
Best Casino Seating product
Awarded to any casino seating product licensed
to operate in a European casino of any size.
Best Slot Machine
Open to any slot machine licensed to operate
in a European casino of any size.
Best Cash Handling product
Awarded to any cash handling product licensed
to operate in a European casino of any size.
Best Slot Game
This is awarded to a game that has gained popularity in the European gaming sector, and which was launched to market in 2025. The winning slot game should demonstrate profitability, return visits, time at machine, and spend per player per visit. Individual games that are part of a multigame offering are also permitted to participate.
Best New Innovative Product
Awarded to a company that has launched a new innovative product/ service to market that shows distinction, Practicality, performance, Commercial viability, and a positive Social and economic impact

Best Multiple
Casino Operator
Awarded to any operator based in Europe with more than three land-based casinos.
Best Overall Casino
Awarded to any land-based casino based in Europe.
Best Casino Restaurant of the Year
Nominations should be for restaurants which are located in, and owned & operated by a casino, rather than a franchise or other externally branded, owned or managed operation.
Best Customer Service Award
the operator, venue or individual who has really put the customer at the heart of their strategy and taken actions to de-mystify and bring the experience to life for customers old and new.
Best Live Entertainment Award
Awarded to a Casino who has implemented/organised a live act within their establishment to further enhance the customer experience.
Best Customer Innovation Award
A major addition to your business or initiative that has enhanced your customer experience (This could be anything from a new app, a new wine list, a major refurb)
Industry Awards
Best Player Protection
Product or System
The product or system demonstrating the greatest innovation and creativity to identify and protect vulnerable players, going above and beyond regulatory requirements.
Nominees will be required to produce supporting evidence or references.
Best Diversity and
Inclusion Employer
The employer demonstrating the greatest diversity and equality on their board and at all levels of management; companies proactively promoting inclusivity to create a more diverse workforce; companies that have changed their policies on promotion to encourage more upward movement for minority groups of all kinds.

Community Engagement Award
Open to companies that have done something exceptional for a charity, their community or the greater good.
Community
Engagement Award
Awarded to an employee of a casino based in Europe who has done something exceptional in fundraising or has worked tirelessly extensively within their community for the greater good.
Rising Star
Awarded to an employee at management level for outstanding performance, not just in ensuring company success, but in people management and all-round business skills.
The employee must be working for casino based in Europe.
Casino International Outstanding Contribution Award
Bestowed upon an individual that has had a significant positive impact on the European casino industry as a whole. This person can be from any department including but not limited to sales, product/business development and marketing.
Lifetime Achievement
Awarded to an individual (Supplier or Operator) that has devoted a significant portion of their career to the gaming sector and demonstrated an unrivalled ability to promote and improve the industry.
Best Marketing Programme
A marketing initiative introduced by an operator or supplier in 2025.
Could be use of social media, a publicity stunt or single/multi-platform ad campaign that’s seen significant success.
SUSTAINABILITY INITIATIVE AWARD
Awarded to an operator or manufacturer/ supplier who has demonstrated and or created key sustainability initiatives, which have resulted in a significant contribution to the environment.
Woman of the Year
This award recognises a woman who has made an exceptional contribution to her employer’s business and stands out among her peers for her hard work and dedication. As an important team member, she has a track record of bringing new ideas, building a strong rapport with customers, and upholding the highest standards in business.
